Aerosmith Thinking to Replace Steven Tyler!

Since Aerosmith band member Steven Tyler has chosen a role to perform as a Judge in American Idol his band members from Aerosmith had to make a decision to either work around Tyler's new schedule, wait for him to be done with the show or look for a new lead singer.

Brad Whitford Guitarist of band member revealed that they are strongly consider replacing Tyler, although band realized that it would be too difficult to find out a substitute like Tyler but they mentioned few name interested to hold that place like Sammy Hagar.

"Well, we spoke to Sammy, and he was really excited about it," Whitford said. "I love Sammy, and I was like, 'Oh man this would be so cool!' (But) it all started to come back together on its own, like it was going to and should have."

New single reveal by Aerosmith songwriters!!

Aerosmith confirmed and said that they are looking forward to prepare a new song on their upcoming ‘Music From Another Dimension!’ album.Presumably, that meant working with Jack Douglas again, the producer who helped shaped the band’s early sound. It also means choosing songs that are almost a decade in the making.

“It just had a good message and Steven was feeling it,” he says. “So we held on to it and finally, it’s seen the light of day.” Frederiksen also wrote a song called ‘Lover Alot,’ which he says came from the same period in time. “A whole different beast, man — just rockin’, loose and uptempo. That’s the great thing about songwriting and being able to work with a band like this, you can do something old-school rock and then do a beautiful ballad.”

The successful rock songwriter was also on hand to help Tyler and Julian Lennon’s team write ‘Someday,’ which he says was written in 90 minutes. Frederiksen is listed as co-producer on three songs, with Douglas handling the rest. “I think the ones that Jack produced are more ‘band guy’ songs,” he says.

Tyler: America Idol job is not my cup of tea!!!

Tyler provide judging job for 2 years and announced to leave the judging panel last month told Rolling Stone magazine that he "loved and hated" his two-year stint as a judge on "American Idol"

"It was something to do while the storm blew by, to be honest," he said in an interview in the upcoming August 2 issue.

I loved it and hated it. It was a great job, I sat next to J. Lo and I made a ton of money. It was a moment in life and it became larger than life," he added.

"The show's about kids and what you do to nurture their talent. They wanted me to take the piss out of the kids and I don't have that in me. That's not what I'm about. That's more about that other guy. Not me," he said.

Aerosmith's gives reasoning for the delay release in album!!!

Brad Whitford, guitarist of Aerosmith band explained why the band's new album, "Music From Another Dimension," was pushed back until November 6 from the original August 28th release date.

"It's unfortunate," Whitford tells the Long Branch-Eatontown Patch. "We were going to have the song 'Legendary Child' as part of a movie soundtrack that was going to come out this summer and the movie ["G.I. Joe: Retaliation"] was delayed to next year, so the whole marketing campaign that went along with that and the album's release went right down the toilet. So the record company wanted time for a whole new approach and they wanted to get a slot to release the album they thought would be good for it. It'll be worth the wait."

"Too many people [other notable recording artists] are releasing [new albums] those weeks [in late summer]. We don't wanna step on their release dates. So we just said, 'You know what?! We've got the goods… ain't no doubt about it. We'll wait another couple of months.'"
